Memorial Photo Frame with Display Stand

7.5 H x 7.5" W glass photo frame with an abbreviated version of the memorial poem above.  A gift card, gift box and gift wrap are included. Please add your gift card message in the "Comments" area of our cart.

An optional 1" x 2" metal name plate can be purchased. Metal plate reads "In Memory Of" with space for you to have it engraved with the first and last name of one person with the year of their passing:  i.e. "Bob Smith, 20xx".  The blank plate with mounting tape will be shipped in with your order.

A 2"x 3" custom engraved name plate with enough room for up to 10 names of deceased family members or five names and dates of birth/passing is available for an additional charge of $10 per plate. Type each name in the "Comments" area of the cart when you place your order. The completed plate with mounting tape will be mailed to you. Last day to order a custom plate for Christmas delivery is December 18th.
