Warranty for KCIC Christmas Ornaments
The quality of your porcelain ornament is guaranteed as long as you own it. We will gladly replace a broken, defective or damaged ornament within 30 days of purchase by the original owner at no charge. In the event your ornament is out of stock, we will send it to you when it becomes available. Sorry, we cannot replace an ornament which is retired.
From time to time we offer registered KCIC Ornament owners an opportunity to upgrade the trim on their ornaments, add new accessories for the ornaments or upgrade existing accessories. We will refurbish your ornament free of charge.
Free replacement or refurbishing is contingent upon two things: (1) that you register your ornaments and (2) that you store and return them in the Indestructo box in which they were shipped to you.
Keep all of the shred, peanuts etc. included with the original shipments. They provide additional cushioning against breakage
or damage in
transit. Use the original packing carton and packaging
for off-season storage and/or a return.
KCIC Glass ornaments are extremely fragile. They should be handled with the utmost care, always over a padded surface.

KCIC Ornament Stand/Tree Warranty:
The ornament stands and trees on our site are hand made and imported. Since we do not manufacture them, our warranty is limited. Rest assured, we make every effort to find and sell only the finest quality products. In addition, you are covered by a 15 day "no questions asked", return / exchange policy. Defects or damage are usually discovered within that time period.Minor Surface Flaws on Silver-plated items:
Silver-plated trees and ornament stands are made by hand. Occasionally we have seen minor surface or finishing variations which are a by-product of that process. If your tree has serious defects that affect its usability, call us immediately at 1.724.897.7393 . You can return or exchange the damaged stand/tree within 15 days of purchase. Please note: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning any product. Click here to print out the required RMA Form to enclose with your return.
Warranty Period: Your warranty coverage begins fifteen days after the product is delivered to you.
Defects/Damage:
If any KCIC stand or tree shipped to you arrives in a defective or damaged condition, you can exchange it within 15 days after you receive it for a 100% money-back guarantee. Whenever possible, we will replace defective or damaged products at no additional cost to you. Contact us by phone or email for assistance.
If the original product is unavailable (as may happen during the holiday
season) we will back order it for you and ship it when it comes in. You can also select a different replacement product if you wish or cancel for a full refund.
