General Return Information:

Basic use and care instructions are included on the Certificate of Authenticity. More detailed information about caring for your ornament is here.  You must be a registered owner to request a free replacement. It is important to register your ornaments. Returns:

You can return any stand/tree product within 15 days after you receive it for a 100% money-back guarantee. Please note: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning any product. More information about our Return Procedure. Contact us by phone or email for assistance. 


Exchanges:

You can exchange any ornament stand or tree within 15 days after you receive it for a 100% money-back guarantee. A replacement will be shipped to you as soon as we receive either your return or notice that the shipper has picked up your tree. Please note: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before exchanging any product. Contact us by phone or email for assistance.

If the original product is not available (likely between Dec.15th and January 15th) we will back order it for you and ship it when it comes in. Or, you can also select a different replacement product if you wish.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for returns of any/all KCIC products.  Restocking fees will be charged under certain circumstances. Products must be returned within 5 days after an RMA number is issued.
